Instructions Guide
● Please remove the protecting cover for this 302XL cartridges before using, then tear off the plastic tape.
● If printer tells you "Not recognized ink cartridges", please clean the smart chips of the cartridges with a rubber eraser or cotton swab and install the ink cartridges again.
Troubleshootings
● Please do not touch the smart chips of the ink cartridges with hands.
● If the 302XL ink cartridges are unable to be recognized, please try to remove the ink cartridges, and install it for several times.
● If the print quality is not good, please run the nozzle cleaning to get a better result.
● If the printer occurs an error message that "Cartridges are empty", please give the ink cartridges a gentle shake and install it again.
● If the troubleshootings above still do not help, please try to contact us via the steps below. We will replace a new pack to you responsibly.
